This is a newly important part of my life. I had my second child June 2012, and I'm done having kids so it is time to get into shape and also focus on healthy food choices. I will post exercises and healthy family friendly recipes here.

My first recommendation is to try www.sparkpeople.com
I joined this free site February 7, 2013 and have lost 6 pounds so far. You can join challenges, find recipes, use free workout videos. It's great, and very motivating. You can also use sparkcoach free for 1 week and get bonus motivation and tips. After the week is up you can still use everything else on the site for free.
